With over a decade of combined experience in political campaigns and corporate engagement, I’ve led grassroots movements that have helped mobilise thousands of volunteers, change hearts and minds, frame public perceptions and deliver results against the odds. My journey has taken me from field organising to corporate communications to consulting, with a focus on activating people and creating movements.

What drives me? Building cultures that work- not just as places of work, but as spaces of meaning, belonging, and action. My experience in political organising, paired with a deep understanding of corporate and matrix dynamics, has uniquely positioned me to bring people-first change into the corporate world.

At co.activate, my goal is to research and harness the same principles that drive successful campaigns- to turn employees into believers, leaders into engagers, and companies into purpose-driven movements.

What started as a passion project is becoming a movement.

I'm not theorising from the sidelines— I am that person trying to get front line workers to engage without emails, phones, or time. I've done it in politics and in industry. That lived experience? It’s rare. Most experts in this space are still pitching digital-first engagement while your people are still reading posters and catching toolbox talks.

I'm not just passionate about “employee engagement programs.” I'm building movements. Political organising taught me how to:

The Market’s Ripe for Disruption
Frontline engagement is underdeveloped—HR tech is still skewed to desk workers, and most internal culture work hasn’t adapted post-COVID. Companies know their frontline workers are disconnected, but they don’t know how to fix it. I do. I have a method. I have receipts. I speak both languages—blue-collar and boardroom (and a third, international one because I'm also a first generation Australian growing up in migrant networks!) This is my passion.
